"I inquired about a significant premium increase regarding my car. Received a reply in a few hours advising it was due to increased driven miles on record relative to the previous year. I submitted a photo shot of my odometer disputing the record. State Farm office responded right away and stated that they will correct the record. All resolved in less than few hours. Very impressive."
